Gluten Free Friday

It’s actually Saturday today – forgot to post this yesterday!

My Favorite Breakfast Smoothie
This always tasted so good and healthy after coming home from a run with Kory!

2 bananas
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
5-7 frozen whole strawberries
1/4 cup soymilk
1 heaping Tbsp almond butter
1-2 tsp flaxseed meal

Place all in blender and blend until smooth. You can even sneak in some frozen spinach, kale, or avocado to add to the vitamins and protein.
